Anders is my good luck scratcher for card 8 using our new oyster knife to reveal this card.
In an impressive move of bad luck, his first letter was a random on in the middle of the card, which happened to not be ANYWHERE on the board. Oy.
After completing the bottom row of letters, still almost nothing revealed on the card. This card does not look good!
Over two thirds of the card done and things are looking better, but still no words and getting the bonus word seems iffy.
One letter left and we have 3 words (need 4 to win something). Looking very good to get at least 4 words, but possibly many more. Just need a C, D, S or M.
Sadly, it was an L. So close to that $50 extra word, but in the end, nothing. I guess maybe I should get back to doing the dirty work myself.
